buffalo wings
Soak chicken in the Buttermilk for 1hr
roll in flour, pepper and salt. Put in hot oil cook until brown.
Mix Franks Red Hot Sauce you could also use mild and brown sugar on stove until mixture is thick enough to hold on spoon (about 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar).
After chicken wings are fried in oil roll into the Hot sauce mixture, enjoy.
Sauce idea mix 1/2 and 1/2 sourcream and ranch dressing
( for the kids we just fried the chicken and didn't put it in the sauce)

2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks

Stir with wire wisk util chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Beat whole eggs, and egg yolks, sugar and flour with wire wisk until well blended.
