Home-Baked Macaroni & Cheese

I tried this one a while ago and love it. I am not a complete lover of Mac & Cheese. This had enough difference and taste, that I could make it again, and again. This is another from the Kraft magazine.
1 pkg. (14 oz.) Kraft Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner (I just used two of the regualar boxes)

1 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)

6 Ritz Cracker, crushed~1/4 cup (I would add way more-I like things crunchy)

1 Tbsp. butter, melted (again add more if you want more crunchy topping)

PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare Macaroni dinner as directed on package. Stir in 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, the sour cream, and cayenne pepper.

SPOON into greased 1 1/2-qt. casserole dish; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and the combined cracker crumbs and butter mixture.

BAKE 20 min. Let stand 5 min. before serving.

Makes 5 servings, 1 cup each
