Cake
4 Eggs
1 c. oil
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
Mix all cake ingredients together thoroughly. Pour batter into a prepared sheet cake pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minuts.
Frosting
3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
6 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all frosting indredients together until smooth and fluffy. Spread onto cooled cake. Enjoy!!!

I'm so glad you weren't kidding about putting these recipes on. I have a pumpkin cake recipe that makes me glad Kimi was born at Thanksgiving time so I can make it for her birthday. I will have to put it on.
